    We the Owners: Employees Expanding the American Dream is now available from the Rutgers Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership & Profit Sharing. 
     
    This award-winning film explores how three employee-owned companies redefine business success by sharing ownership with their workers. It's a powerful free tool for teaching about high-engagement business models that give employees a stake. 
     
    The website includes new supplemental case studies and a discussion guide.
