Happy 2025! As you make your academic travel plans for the year, we are pleased to announce the Call for Submissions (attached) of the 2025 Conference on Commitment, 21 – 23 July, Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
Under the broad theme Rethinking workplace bonds in contemporary employment context: dynamics, conflict and change we aim to bring together a community of scholars interested in the phenomenon of commitment and other workplace bonds to share and discuss ideas and findings. The purpose of this conference is to function as an incubator for developing novel research directions.
Submissions are now open, and individuals interested in presenting at the conference need to submit an abstract (not a full paper!) for consideration by the deadline, February 15, 2025.
The conference program will be drafted in session types facilitating discussion and development of research, including interactive paper presentations, debates, panel discussions, round table discussions, and symposia of related papers. The program committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts on a competitive basis. Submitters will be notified of program decisions by mid-March, 2025.
