    Human Resource Management (HRM) is inviting applications for the role of Co- Editor-in-Chief to replace me and join the current Co-Editor-in-Chief Professor Fang Lee Cooke, Monash University, Australia.

    HRM is a top academic journal focusing on cutting edge Human Resource Management research that advances the literature and has clear implications for policy or practice. A Financial Times Top 50 journal, HRM offers high visibility and global readership for impactful research.

    The Co-Editor-in-Chief will work with the editorial team to build on the journal's strong foundations and continue developing Human Resource Management as a core community resource. Candidates for the Co-Editor-in-Chief role should have an international network of contacts and will also ideally have the following:

    • Broad and extensive knowledge in the field
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Experience in journal publishing and editorial decision making
