    Hello Colleagues and Peers,

I hope all is well! I'm reaching out to see if you would be willing to help with my dissertation research.

I am offering supervisors who supervise employees and faculty who supervise students a free, self-paced web-based mental health awareness training for supervisors, called Mind Mentor. Feel free to also share this with anybody who you feel will be interested.

If you are interested in participating, I ask that you go through the training app in its entirety (~1.5 hours total content at your own pace). You will have one month to complete the training.

You can access the app here via mobile or desktop: https://www.mindmentors.app/

Upon clicking on the link, you will be prompted to sign-in through Google or an email of your choice (this is your unique identifier and ensures that you return to where you left off in the training, every time you sign-in). On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a "Feedback" tab. You may utilize that tab at any point throughout the training.

Thank you for considering participation in this study. This study has been approved by the Montclair State University Institutional Review Board, Study no. 23-24-3258.

    Sincerely,
Lauren Offermann, PhD Candidate, Montclair State University
Clinical Assistant Professor of Human Capital Management, NYU
