I was trying to apply for this scholarship as i tried but due to traffic and reloading, I was not able to submit. Please consider this as a request to accept my submission for this prestigious scholarship, as it would be a great help for me to do my research. Here is the brief of my Introduction."

My doctoral research delves into the nuanced interplay between servant leadership and organizational identification, with a particular focus on how relational and ethical leadership fosters deeper psychological bonds within service-driven environments. This work reflects my broader academic interests at the intersection of leadership, identity, and entrepreneurship, particularly in contexts where human connection and purpose are central to organizational effectiveness.

Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Principles of Management, Industrial Psychology and Sociology, and Marketing Management. These experiences have deepened my commitment to cultivating leaders who lead not through authority, but through service and empathy-values that resonate strongly with Robert Greenleaf's philosophy.

My research trajectory has been actively shaped through engagement with international scholarly communities. A highlight of this journey was having my work selected among the top 50 papers in the Academy of Management Discoveries (AMD) Virtual Paper Development Workshop. Furthermore, I am honoured to be presenting at the Academy of Management Conference 2025, reflecting growing global recognition of my contributions in the field.

Beyond research and teaching, I actively contribute to academic discourse as a reviewer for the Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion and the Journal of Business, Ethics, and Society, as well as through book reviews in related domains. These roles have not only broadened my academic lens but have also strengthened my capacity to evaluate and advance servant leadership scholarship with critical depth and ethical rigor.

Technically, I bring strong expertise in quantitative analysis, with proficiency in SPSS and SMART PLS, tools that support my evidence-based exploration of servant leadership's impact within the hospitality sector.

Guided by Greenleaf's vision of leadership rooted in service, my academic path is both a personal calling and a scholarly pursuit-one that aspires to build organizations where people flourish, leaders serve, and values are lived, not simply stated."
