    Human Resource Management Journal (CABS/AJG 4*) is a globally orientated HRM journal that promotes the understanding of human resource management to academics and practicing managers. HRMJ seeks to publish scholarly articles on any aspect of employment studies but especially those focused on issues related to the management of people at work

    HRMJ New Section and Associate Editor

    Dear Colleagues 

    We are thrilled to introduce a new section - HRM and Small Business/Enterprise in HRMJ to bring fresh perspectives and cutting-edge insights to our readers. 

    We are also pleased to share that Professor Benson Honig is appointed as the Associate Editor for HRM and Small Business/Enterprise section. Benson Honig is a Professor in the Department of Human Resources and Management, and the Business Research Chair in Social Entrepreneurship,  DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University School of Business at McMaster University, and Director of the Centre for Research on Community Entrepreneurship (CRCE); and Cofounder; The Reframery (www.reframery.org). His research focuses on business planning, nascent entrepreneurship, transnational entrepreneurship, ethics in scholarship, social capital, and entrepreneurship for marginalized and transition environments. Benson is highly knowledgeable ​in the area of entrepreneurship and his research has been published in various academic journals. His most recent work aims to ease the lifestyle transition for both refugees and communities.

    About HRM and Small Business/Enterprise Section
    As the backbone of economies worldwide, small businesses face unique challenges and opportunities in managing one of their most valuable and critical assets— Human Resources. This new section in HRMJ will explore the myriad intricacies of HRM within these enterprises, offering insights into interplays, best practices, innovative strategies, and policies. Our goal is to provide a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policy makers to engage in meaningful dialogue to develop novel and impactful research, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in this critical area.
