The Department of Management at Michigan State University seeks an instructor to teach an online master’s “Negotiations and Conflict Resolution” course beginning January 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate successful experience teaching similar courses and have a graduate degree in a field relevant to teaching management.
This course runs for five weeks and is offered every other semester. Instruction is 100 percent online—both asynchronous and synchronous. Each week of the course includes recorded videos and live lectures/discussions. The instructor is expected to develop the course website and instructional materials (including videos) prior to the initial offering. All work can be done remotely within the U.S.
This course is part of the Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership (MSL) program at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business. US News and World Report ranks this program among the top 10 online master’s in business programs.
