    Dear Colleagues,

    I am pleased to announce that the first issue of the Journal of Organizational Behavior for 2025 is now available. This issue includes 7 original articles examining a wide range of OB topics. This issue also includes an intriguing and timely point-counterpoint exchange on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
