    Position Summary: The Management and Organizations Department at the Eller College of Management is seeking applicants for a full-time Lecturer or Senior Lecturer for an academic year (9-month), career-track teaching position. This position is open to candidates with an interest in teaching courses in Management, with some preference given to those with the ability to teach courses on leadership, legal issues in business, sports management, and/or strategic management. The preferred start would be the beginning of the Spring 2025 semester (January 6, 2025.) Review of applications will begin on November 4, 2024.     Duties and Responsibilities:
    ▪ Teach the equivalent of a 6-course load in each academic year
    ▪ Maintain regularly scheduled office hours.
    ▪ Participate and contribute in department and other outreach activities.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    ▪ Master's Degree, J.D., or Ph.D. in Management or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Strategy, Legal Studies, Sports Management, etc.)
    ▪ Must be available to teach in-person at the University of Arizona, in Tucson.

    Additional Minimum Qualification for Lecturer:
    ▪ At least one year of teaching experience in person at the college or university level.

    Additional Minimum Qualification for Senior Lecturer:
    ▪ At least six years of teaching experience in person at the college or university level.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    ▪ Completed terminal degree J.D., or Ph.D. in Management (e.g., OB, HR, Strategy), Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
    ▪ Experience designing and teaching flipped or hybrid courses.
    ▪ Experience teaching in online or digital environments.

    Salary: $91,000 - $112,000 (DOE)
