Requesting unpublished studies for meta-analysis on employee volunteering

    Hello All,

I am conducting a meta-analysis of the relationship between employee volunteering and personal and workplace outcomes along with colleagues at the London School of Economics (Dr. Florencio Portocarrero, Yiting Dong, and Dr. Jonathan E. Booth).

We are searching for unpublished projects studying the relationship between any operationalizations of employee volunteering (e.g., frequency of volunteering, employees' evaluation of volunteering, organizational support for volunteering) and personal or workplace antecedents or outcomes (e.g., well-being, job satisfaction, task performance).

Our meta-analysis covers all employee volunteering - employees engaging in volunteering either through a corporate program or in personal volunteering on their own time - but does not include studies on volunteering generally or using samples that include both employees and non-employees.

If you have any potentially relevant unpublished work, please email me at a.s.aujla@lse.ac.uk, and I will respond with the specific information we would require from your study. Note that we have already conducted a separate search process for published work.

    Many thanks
