Special Issue Call: Organization Management Journal

    Posted 24 days ago

Organization Management Journal (OMJ) is pleased to announce a call for proposals for an upcoming review issue to be published in December 2025. We encourage authors to propose reviews spanning all areas of management line with the scope of OMJ.

Effective proposals will demonstrate why the review is necessary; that is, how the proposed review paper will advance an area of management study. High-quality reviews summarize and synthesize the extant literature of an area of inquiry, reveal nonobvious trends and findings in previous research, and propose new directions for future scholarship. OMJ is not interested in literature reviews that simply summarize an existing literature. All types of literature review are welcome, including narrative reviews, descriptive reviews, critical reviews, meta-analytic reviews, and any other which may advance the study of organizational management.

Proposals should be no more than five pages, in double-spaced Times New Roman 12-point font. References do not count against the 5-page limit, but tables, figures, and appendices do. Embed tables and figures in the document. Please do not send complete papers.

You may find the full call for papers and submission portal at OMJ Review Issue
