Dear Colleagues,
This is a call for submissions of innovative and unpublished research for the EAWOP Small Group Meeting (SGM) Experience Sampling Method Intervention (ESM-I) Studies. This Small Group Meeting will focus on the design, implementation, and publication of ESM-I studies, which integrate brief just-in-time interventions to explore relationships in the area of Work and Organizational Psychology. You can find more information on ESM-I studies in the attached abstract.
We are seeking submissions of research proposals that advance our understanding of within-person processes by designing just-in-time micro-interventions and using ESM-I research to study topics such as workplace well-being, functioning, and performance.
Workshop Focus
The SGM will feature workshops and keynotes from leading scholars to help researchers design, implement, and publish ESM-I studies.

Submission Guidelines
To participate please submit a research proposal by May 1st, 2025. Proposal should be a maximum of 1000 characters (including spaces) and must be submitted via Microsoft Forms by clicking on the link below. The proposal should include the following sections: Introduction, literature review, contributions, research design and methodology. Your research should not have been submitted or published in an academic outlet.

Non-Students: 50€
