    Dear AOM HR Division Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Dr Ying (Candy) Lu, Senior Lecturer in International Management and Employment at Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University (Australia). I am writing to inquire whether it would be possible to share an upcoming conference opportunity with the HR Division community.
We are organising the 2025 International Conference on AI and Industry Digital Transformation, co-hosted by Macquarie University and Shandong University of Science and Technology (China), to be held from 31 October to 2 November 2025 in Qingdao, China. The conference will focus on the intersection of AI, management, and industry transformation, featuring paper development workshops (PDWs), best paper awards, and expert mentoring sessions.
We would be grateful if the Division could help circulate the Call for Submissions (attached) through any appropriate channels, such as an upcoming newsletter, email announcement, or community post.
If there are any specific guidelines or processes I should follow to submit an item for distribution, please let me know and I would be happy to comply.
Thank you very much for considering this request. I look forward to hearing from you.
    Warm regards,
    Candy
