This webinar is designed especially for Europe-based members of the HR Division and anyone interested in making evidence-based research more accessible and relevant to managers and executives.

In line with the HR Division's mission to bridge research and practice, we're bringing together three esteemed experts with rich experience publishing in practitioner journals:

    Wolfgang Mayrhofer (WU Vienna, Austria)

BΓ₯rd Kuvaas (BI Norwegian Business School)

Kim Staack Nielsen, CEO of Dansk HR – Denmark's largest independent HR network – which publishes several practitioner-oriented magazines, including HR & Ledelse (HR & Leadership), HR Chefen (The HR Manager), Ledelse i Udvikling (Developing Leadership), and HR International, the latter featuring contributions from international HR authors.

Our speakers will share their insights from both academic and practitioner perspectives, offering practical strategies for writing research that resonates with managerial audiences.

The session will be moderated by Liza Castro Christiansen (Henley Business School, UK), and will conclude with a panel discussion exploring the challenges and opportunities of publishing in practitioner outlets.

For any questions, feel free to reach out to Liza at Liza.Castro-Christiansen@henley.reading.ac.uk.

We hope you can join us for what promises to be a dynamic and insightful session!

    Best wishes,

    AOM HR Division Practice Committeee

Liza Castro Christiansen, Hugh Bainbridge, and Adam Stoverink
