Research in Human Resource Management (RHRMis a peer reviewed research series edited by Dianna L. Stone and James H. Dulebohn and published by Information Age. It has a 20% acceptance rate.  It is included on the journal lists of many Departments of Management because (a) the articles included in it are written by prominent scholars in the field (e.g., Ed Locke, Gary Latham, Jerry Ferris, Jan Cleveland, Kevin Murphy, Neal Schmitt, Angelo DeNisi), (b) the editorial board members are top scholars, and (c) it uses a very rigorous double blind peer review process.

The research series began in 2002, and a list of issues in the series is presented below. Several issues are currently in the publication process and include ones on the topics of "Leadership,"  and  "Team Centricity in Organizations." The next issue will focus on "Forgotten Minorities, " and we are calling for papers on an issue titled "Redefining HRM". Please email Brian Murray (bmurray@udallas.edu) if you would like to submit a manuscript for the latter issue.
