The HR Division are now accepting applications for the inaugural Early-Career Mentoring Program 2022-2023. This year long program will provide an opportunity for early career faculty (including tenure-track Assistant professors and those in a postdoc or visiting positions) to engage with and learn from experienced faculty in a safe and constructive environment.

Format – commencing with a kick-off meeting in March, the program will pair 3-4 early career faculty with 2 experienced faculty mentors. The groups will be matched based on mutual interests with due consideration to diversity and geography. Groups will take part in quarterly on-line meetings throughout the year. While there will be some guidance in terms of topics and approach, the content and organisation will be mentee driven.

    Application- Mentees

If you are an early career researcher who is interested in participating as a mentee, please complete here  by Friday the 5th of March, 2022.

Application is open to new and existing members of the Academy of Management HR Division. Expressions of interest do not guarantee a place, which will be determined by demand and lottery as required. By applying you are committing to attending and actively participating in all the meetings.
