We are going to submit a Symposium on "Sustainable Careers in Nursing" for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2022 in Seattle and are looking for one more fitting empirical paper that we can include in the program. Other contributors that have already confirmed to be part of the symposium are Jos Akkermans as discussant, and Mina Beigi and Christine Mahoney with a paper.
