Hello all,
We invite submissions for a symposium on micro-level corporate social responsibility (CSR) that we plan to submit for the upcoming Academy of Management Annual Meeting to be held on August 5-9, 2022 in Seattle.
This symposium aims to shed light on current micro-level CSR research by presenting and discussing the various perspectives micro-CSR scholars may take to uncover the ways in which CSR affects groups at the individual level, such as employees and beneficiaries of CSR practices. This symposium will also discuss relatively unexplored nuances surrounding CSR and the potential for a "dark side." We welcome any submissions that theorize and/or empirically test antecedents and/or outcomes of micro-level CSR.
If you are interested in presenting a theoretical or empirical project on this topic, please contact Julia Stevenson-Street (steve243@purdue.edu) by December 29th with your proposed contribution idea. We will discuss a timeline thereafter for generating a 2-5 page synopsis of your project, to be combined with others. The submission deadline for AOM is January 11th 2022.
We look forward to receiving your ideas,
Best,
Julia M. Stevenson-Street, Ph.D. Candidate, Purdue University, steve243@purdue.edu
