    The International Journal of Management Reviews is ranked 8/147 journals in business and 8/217 journals in management, with an impact factor of 7.6. The journal has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is now clearly positioned as is one of the leading literature reviews journals.  The journal has a vacancy for an Associate Editor with a specialism in human resource management based in either North America or Australasia. We are looking for a senior academic who is familiar with literature review methodologies and ideally has experience as an AE on another journal, or who has extensive relevant reviewing experience. The new AE would join our team of 9 Associate Editors as a three-year appointment. Please contact the Managing Editor, Emma Missen, at ijmr@bam.ac.uk if you would like to be considered.
