    Dear HR Division Colleagues,

    Personnel Psychology has just announced a new Special Issue Call for Papers: Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data: Improvements to the Science of People at Work and Applications to Practice. This is a two-part special issue, with Sang Eun Woo (Purdue U.), Louis Tay (Purdue U.), and Frederick Oswald (Rice U.) leading Part 1: Improving the Science of People at Work at the AI and Big Data Frontier, and Michael A. Campion (Purdue U.) and Emily Campion (Old Dominion U.) leading Part 2: Applying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to Personnel Selection. Submissions will be accepted between August 1, 2021-August 31, 2021.

    Also please note that the special issue What's Age Got to Do with It? Age and Age-related Differences in the Workplace edited by Donald Truxillo (U. Limerick), Margaret Beier (Rice U.), Ruth Kanfer (Georgia Tech), and Dorien Kooij (Tilburg U.) is now open and will continue to accept papers until October 1, 2020.
