  • 1.  Assistant Professor of Management Competency Model

    Posted 10-23-2020 11:15

    Dear Colleagues,

We are evaluating our Ph.D. program in the Department of Management at the University of Missouri, and we would like to develop a competency model for our graduates. If you have a competency model for a new assistant professor of management, would you please share it with me?  A model like this might be developed for learning objectives in a PhD program or perhaps for evaluating the potential or performance of new faculty.

Thank you, in advance, for your help!

    Kind regards,
    John

Did you see our SIOP Academic competency model? I believe it is even better developed and explained with new interactive web features on the SIOP site. Some aspects of these academic models should be relevant for your purposes. The SIOP site has developed this into a fully interactive web tool.
