Dear Colleagues,
We are conducting a meta-analysis on the predictors and outcomes of identification and identity at work. We have conducted a search on published literature and publicly available datasets and are now seeking unpublished studies such as working papers, conference presentations, or forthcoming papers.
We are looking for data related to workplace identification or identity with any target (e.g., team identification/identity, organizational identification/identity, occupational identification/identity) and a variety of attitudinal and behavioral outcomes (e.g., satisfaction, cohesion, performance, motivation, etc.). Studies on individuals and teams based on correlational, longitudinal, and experimental designs are all welcome.
