    Dear colleagues,

    The Department of Management of the University of Bergamo invites qualified applicants to apply for a full-time position as Associate Professor in the field of HRM/OB/Org Studies.

    The selection procedure is open to those candidates who are in possession of the Italian habilitation to Associate Professor or those who hold the same role or equivalent abroad.

    Deadline for application: 8th April 2021
    Starting date: 1st September 2021
    Didactic qualification: The candidate must have a significant teaching experience in basic and advanced courses, in the area of Organization and Human Resource Management, including the following topics: Organizational Design, Organizational Behaviour, Change Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership.
    Scientific qualification: The candidate must have a significant research experience in the area of Organization and HRM, demonstrated by a publication score consistent with the standards of relevance and excellence of the national and international scientific community in the area above mentioned.
    Specific functions required: Didactic commitment: The selected candidate must hold courses related to Organizational Theory and Design, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, at bachelor, master, doctoral and post-graduate level.
    Scientific commitment: Research activities will be carried out in the field of human resource management organizational behaviour. The selected candidate will interact and collaborate with the professors and researchers of the Department, also carrying out managerial and institutional tasks, as well as developing relationships with non-academic external partners.

    Please note that knowledge of the Italian language is not a prerequisite, but (if selected) you will be asked to attend Italian courses.
