Job Qualifications
Applicants for the position must 1) hold a Ph.D. degree in related fields (e.g., organizational behavior, human resource management) by the time of the appointment and 2) be able to communicate and teach both in Chinese and in English.
In addition, the preferred candidate will have demonstrated strong capability to conduct high quality research.
