Mississippi State University is seeking to recruit a strong cohort of PhD students into our program for the Fall of 2021. We would be grateful if anyone could help us with that goal by encouraging promising candidates who are interested in entering a PhD program in management to apply to our program.
Our PhD program is focused on research, with a strategic emphasis on family firms. The Center of Family Enterprise Research (COFER) is housed in our College of Business and offers our students unique opportunities for developing their research efforts. You can visit our departmental website to review faculty research and learn more about our individual research interests:https://www.business.msstate.edu/academics/department-management-information-systems
Assistantships are available and students are assigned to work 20 hours per week. As part of their assistantship, all tuition and fees are covered. Students also receive a stipend that is competitive with peer institutions. The cost of living in Starkville is below that of many peer institutions. Starkville is beautiful college town located in northeastern Mississippi.
