We would like to invite you to attend PDW Workshop #12141 titled "Publishing in Top-Tier US Journals for Non-US Scholars" in the upcoming virtual Academy of Management Meeting. This PDW will be conducted as "Synchronous Live Open," and is scheduled on July 31, 2021 from 1:00PM to 3:30PM. All times are Eastern (New York time) (UTC-4).
In the first part of this PDW, HR Division members from the US and abroad, who hold or have held editorial positions in top US-based publications and who have published internationally, will share their experiences and talk about such topics as publication quality and quantity, authorship norms, and developing a paper accepted for AOM into a journal publication.
This is also a skills development workshop. We have a limited quantity of slots where people can send their HR papers and be assigned one reviewer, who would work with them and discuss their paper with them during the second part of the PDW.
If you are interested to have your paper reviewed, please send it to Liza Castro Christiansen (liza.castro-christiansen@henley.reading.ac.uk) as soon as feasible and by 30 June 2021. Only one paper will be assigned per reviewer, so the participant numbers will be very limited and papers will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
