    Dear colleagues,

    The Department of Organización de Empresas of Cádiz University and the Department of Dirección de Empresas from Pablo de Olavide University are pleased to announce that the XII International Workshop on Human Resource Management will be held in the Faculty of Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales (Business and Economics Faculty) of Cádiz University, Spain, on October 22nd and 23rd 2020.

    Leading academics from American and European universities, such as M. Hitt, A. DeNisi, L. Gómez -Mejia, D. Balkin, S. Dolan, S. Jackson, R. Schuller, A. Pettigrew, J. McGee, I. Gutierrez, P. Sparrow, M. Poole, J. Milkovich, S. Tyson, S. Snell, Lazear, P. Gunningle, S. Connella, H. Aguinis and R. Peccei have joined our workshops as keynote speakers in previous years.  

    For 2020, we are happy to announce the participation of professors Chris Brewster (Reading University) and Elaine Farndale (The Pennsylvania State University). These renowned academics will lead us in interesting sessions about outstanding topics in our field of research. Previous workshops have always attracted the attention of many scholars, and sessions have always resulted in really fruitful and interesting discussions.

    TOPICS 

    The XII Workshop Committee would like to invite you to submit research papers on all aspects of HRM research. Contributions are invited in a broad range of HRM areas, including:

    *HRM in time of crisis 
    *Current state of the field of HRM
    * Theoretical approaches to HRM research
    * SHRM and performance HRM: changes, new directions and new technologies 
    *International HRM: comparative research 
    *Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Commitment, Motivation, Values 
    *HRM and Social Capital 
    *Diversity management 
    *CSR and HRM Contemporary issues in HRM 
    Papers must be presented in English.

    DEADLINES 
    April 15th, 2020
    Final receipt of Abstracts. Abstracts should be no longer than 3000 words. Please include the following details: 
    • Purpose of the research 
    • Methodology
    • Results 
    • Main conclusions

    Communication regarding accepted/non-accepted papers 

    FEES
    Regular fees:
    Before June 15th, 2020: 250.00€ 
    After June 15th, 2020: 300.00€
