Greetings! I hope this email finds you in good health and spirits. Eastern Academy of Management (EAM) invites you to submit your work (conceptual, empirical papers, symposiums, professional development workshops, posters) to the 58th annual conference May 19-22, 2021 to be held virtually.
The theme of EAM (2021) is Responsible Management: Opportunities and Challenges. Given the challenges faced in 2020 (global pandemic, race relations, and climate issues), it more than ever crucial for management scholars to frame and reframe responsible management/leadership, responsible management education, and research into organizational social responsibility. We invite you to submit your work either related to the conference theme or otherwise and join us for three days of stimulating and friendly conversations.
