The Southern Management Association is now accepting submissions for our 2020 Annual Meeting, in the Human Resources/Research Methods track, and the call for submissions is posted here:

The deadline for submissions is Monday, April 27, at 11:59pm EST. Beyond the benefits of conference presentation and the possibilities of best paper awards, all submitted papers will be eligible to be selected for optional participation in a paper development session in which experienced scholars and reviewers will help polish the manuscripts for journal submission. The 2020 conference will be held on October 20-24, 2020 at the beautiful St. Pete Beach, Florida.
