The latest issue of Human Resource Management Journal is available now. HRMJ (published by Wiley) has an impact factor of 2.843 (5-year: 3.100) and is ranked 4/27 (Industrial Relations & Labor) and 77/217 (Management) in the ISI rankings, is rated 4 in the ABS ranking, and A in the ABDC listing.
You can access our virtual special issue on HRM in Times of Turmoil, with all included papers free to access for a limited period. This might also inspire you to submit to the current open call for papers for a special issue on "Conceptualising the Nexus Between Macro-Level 'Turbulence' and the Worker Experience in Human Resource Management". The submission window is 1-31 January 2021.
Our November issue is a special issue on Situating Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices in their Political and Economic Contexts from guest editors Steve Vincent, Greg J. Bamber, Rick Delbridge, Virginia Doellgast, Jo Grady and Irena Grugulis.
