I will be teaching an asynchronous, online Compensation and Rewards course for our college's new HR online degree program and am looking for exercises/assignments/projects that could work well for individuals rather than groups. Group assignments that could be adapted as individual assignments would also be super helpful (I'm told that logistically, group assignments often don't work well for this particular audience).
