    Job Summary

    The University of Michigan-Dearborn (UM-Dearborn) is one of three campuses of the University of Michigan. UM-Dearborn is a comprehensive university offering high quality undergraduate, graduate, professional and continuing education to residents of southeastern Michigan, and currently enrolls more than 9,000 students. The College of Business is AACSB accredited and offers a BBA degree with nine concentrations, a MBA degree that can be completed both in-class and online, as well as MS degrees in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, and Information Systems. The campus is strategically located on 200 suburban acres of the original Henry Ford Estate in the Greater Detroit Metropolitan region. Dearborn is located midway between Detroit and Ann Arbor and allows for a short commute from Ann Arbor, Detroit, the Detroit suburbs, and several smaller towns with a more rural environment.     THE COLLEGE OF BUSINESS at the UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN-DEARBORN invites applicants for a visiting faculty position in organizational behavior / human resources management for the 2020-21 academic year. The position can be at the assistant, associate or full professor level depending on the qualifications of the candidate. Teaching duties will primarily include courses in organizational behavior but may also include courses in human resource management.

    Required Qualifications*

    Qualifications include a Ph.D. or DBA in organizational behavior or management from an AACSB accredited (or equivalent) university by the starting date of appointment. The candidate will be expected to meet AACSB and University of Michigan-Dearborn accreditation standards as a qualified scholarly academic faculty member. Salary and benefits are AACSB competitive. Support for the professional development of the faculty member is expected to be available. It is anticipated the College will be searching for a regular tenure-track position in organizational behavior to start in the fall of 2021; the holder of this visiting position may choose to be a candidate for that position.
