The panelists will have 15 minutes each to describe 2-3 critical points (of dilemmas, transition, decisions, turning points) in their career, which they can share with the students when describing parts of their career development process. The panelists will describe stories of critical incidents that they think can contribute to students understanding of the different options and decisions to be made in the career path(s).
