    Dear HR Division Members,

The HR Division, with support from the Academy of Management (AOM), offers a scholarship program to ease the financial burden of members seeking to attend the Academy of Management Conference. The program provides for a limited number of scholarships to cover the conference registration fee for recipients in need, eliminating concerns about financing and reimbursement for this cost. Please note that scholarships will not cover additional conference attendance costs and cannot be applied to annual meeting registration fees that have already been paid.

We encourage all eligible members who find themselves in need of financial assistance to apply. To be eligible for an HR Division Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    1. Have paid the annual Academy of Management membership fees for this year.
    2. Be a registered member of the HR Division at the time of application.

After establishing eligibility based on the above two criteria, priority will be given to:

    • Applicants who have not previously received financial support from the HR Division
    • Doctorate students
    • International faculty
    • Applicants who will be participating in an HR Division sponsored session (e.g., PDW organizer, panelist, consortium attendee, discussant, paper/symposium presenter)

To apply, complete the HR Division Scholarship form available at: https://osu.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9BtRbWgkh9NkIRM. The application deadline is June 15th, 2023. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship status shortly after the deadline. For any questions, please contact the HR Division Program Chair Kaifeng Jiang at jiang.1788@osu.edu.
