We are only 2 days away from the 2023 HR Division Research Roundtable Networking Forum!
Attendees will have an option to participate in two 40-minute roundtable discussions from a variety of research areas. The research themes span a range of 17 HR topics: Alternative Work/Work Arrangements, Compensation, Diversity, Global HRM, HR & Entrepreneurship, HR Analytics, Leadership & Followership, Legal Issues (safety, discrimination, harassment), Onboarding & Socialization, Organizational Culture & Climate, Performance Management (performance appraisal and feedback), Recruitment/Job Search, Selection/Staffing, Sex & Gendered Work Disparities, Stigma and Status, Strategic HR, and Turnover/Absenteeism/Withdrawal.
This year's forum will be held on Friday August 4th from 3:00 – 4:30 ET at Westin Copley Place Boston in America Center (Program Session #191).
