    Human Resource Management (HRM) is pleased to announce the winner the 2023 Best Article Award

     

    A relational view of shiftwork: Co-scheduling with higher performers. 

    Human Resource Management. First published online: 21 August 2022

    This award recognizes the top recently published articles based their potential for scholarly impact. All papers first published online by HRM in the prior year are eligible for this award. The criteria for this award include the significance and importance of the topic, fit with the mission of HRM, and the likelihood that the paper will have a scholarly impact on the field. Nominations were solicited from the Editorial Review Board and nominated papers were reviewed by an  award committee consisting of Agnes Bäker, Brad Harris, Howard Klein (Chair), Sabrina Volpone, Kang Yang Trevor Yu. This article was selected for the importance of the topic, its conceptual soundness and methodological rigor, its use of company data, and the novel advancements provided to both scholarship and practice.
