The purpose of this professional development workshop (PDW) is to offer AOM members the opportunity to learn about innovative approaches to teaching HR analytics from the winners of the 2022 HR Division Innovative Teaching Award. In this interactive session, the winners will first share the details of their innovation, Exercises in HR Analytics: The Case of Mr. Macky's Cajun Cuisine, and then facilitate a Q&A with the audience on more generalized approaches to teaching HR analytics. Additionally, all the updated case materials – the workbook, a sample dataset, blank answer sheets, and a completed example answer sheet for the sample dataset – will be provided during and after the workshop session.

This workshop does NOT require any pre-registration, but we strongly recommend attendees bring their own laptops for the short exercise sessions during the workshop (or tablets at least that can open Microsoft Excel).
