The Organizational Behavior Group at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University is seeking Organizational Behavior faculty with a passion for teaching. We have a non-tenure track position as an Assistant Clinical Professor available with a start date of Fall 2023.
Rice Business is a small, highly-ranked business school with fantastic students. Teaching within the department is conducted primarily at the MBA level, with occasional undergraduate courses. We are looking for candidates with strong research training (i.e. a PhD in the field), demonstrated teaching excellence, and a drive to continually improve and innovate in the classroom. Description
An assistant clinical professor of organizational behavior in the Jones Graduate School of Business will have assignments to teach any core and/or elective courses in the field of organizational behavior at the undergraduate, MBA, Professional MBA, and Executive MBA levels. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- A doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience Preferred:
- At least two years of experience teaching core courses in organizational behavior and management; evidence of teaching effectiveness.
- Citizenship/Work Authorization: All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring additional sponsorship.
