The Department of Management in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for one (or multiple) full-time tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level to conduct research and teaching in organizational behavior and human resource management (OB/HRM). Position will begin fall semester 2023, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2023.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in management or a closely related discipline. For appointment at the assistant professor rank, candidates should demonstrate the promise of moving toward excellence in publication in peer-reviewed leading management research journals of national standing and have a demonstrated record of teaching OB/HRM. For appointment to the associate professor rank, candidates should demonstrate a research record commensurate with rank and excellence in teaching OB/HRM. To be eligible for tenure on appointment, candidates must be appointed as an associate professor, have been tenured at a prior institution, and bring a demonstrably national reputation to the institution.
