    Human Resource Management Review (HRMR) is seeking applications for the position of Editor-in-Chief. HRMR is a leading quarterly journal focused on publishing high-impact conceptual and theoretical work in human resource management and related fields.

    About the Journal
    HRMR publishes articles that advance theory and stimulate future research across a wide range of HRM topics, including strategic HRM, international HRM, talent management, diversity, HR analytics, and more. The journal does not publish empirical studies but welcomes meta-analyses with strong conceptual contributions.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Lead the journal's editorial vision and uphold its scholarly standards.
    • Manage the peer review process and editorial decisions.
    • Collaborate with Associate Editors and the publisher on journal operations and development.
    • Promote the journal and attract high-quality submissions globally.

    Candidate Profile

    • A senior academic with a strong record of conceptual/theoretical publications in HRM or related disciplines.
    • Proven experience with academic publishing and editorial processes.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
