Dear colleagues,
We, researchers from Rutgers University and the University of Texas at Arlington, are conducting a research study on the impact of organizational policy related to inclusion on faculty behavior and job attitudes. We are searching for full time faculty members who are 1) employed at an American institution of higher education, 2) have been employed at this institution for at least two years, and 3) are at least 18 years or older to participate in a three-survey research study (surveys spaced two weeks apart). Participants will be compensated for this study through a giveaway system for one of twenty five $100 Amazon gift cards. For each completed survey, participants will receive one lot into the giveaway system (one for each completed survey of three). Participants who complete all three surveys will be awarded an additional two lots in the giveaway system. The winners will be drawn once data collection is complete, and once winners are selected, Amazon gift cards will be sent to the participant's chosen email address.
