    Calibrating Lens of Research in Compensation: AOM PDW on Compensation Research

    We are excited to invite you to join the following PDW Workshop on compensation at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2023 in Boston. The purpose of PDW is to hear insights and prospects from compensation scholars on various issues under the three themes.

    We will have Guided Panel Discussions under three themes (30 min each):

    1)     Compensation & Productivity – From Organization and Employee Perspectives

    2)     Compensation & Beyond Productivity – From Organization and Employee Perspectives

    3)     Methods & Study Design Issues

    Following the panel discussions, two roundtable sessions (20 min each) will be held where attendees can directly interact with the panelists.
