Social Class in Organizations: Bridging Macro and Micro Perspectives

We are excited to invite HR Division members to join our PDW (sponsored by DEI, OB, OMT, STR, ENT, and SIM divisions) which seeks to enliven cross-disciplinary discussions on social class research in management drawing on insights from micro, meso, and macro social class scholars. Two panel discussions will provide insights into the stories behind some of the most impactful research on social class and bring to light recent developments and future directions.
