This in-person session is scheduled on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 8 AM to 2 PM.
Eligibility
This roundtable is designed for second or third-year doctoral students who have passed their comprehensive exams and are currently working toward their dissertation proposals.

· Developing a Scholarly Profile: Learn how to establish and enhance your academic presence.
· Transitioning to Teaching: Gain insights into becoming an effective instructor.
· Career Development and Choices: Explore pathways and strategies for your academic career.
· Conversation with Editors of Major HR Journals (e.g., AMJ, AMR, HRM, HRMR, JAP, JOM, & PPsych): Get your publishing questions answered directly by journal editors.
