Dear colleagues,
We are conducting a meta-analysis on leadership and are seeking unpublished studies (working papers, dissertations, preprints, in-progress manuscripts) that use experimental or quasi-experimental designs (e.g., RCTs, field/lab/survey experiments, natural experiments, DiD, RDD) and investigate one or more of the following:
- Impact of leadership training.
- Impact of leadership (exogenously manipulated) on individual, team, or organizational outcomes (e.g., performance, attitudes, behaviors, well-being).
- Studies in which leadership operates as a mediating variable (within an experimental/quasi-experimental design) are also in scope.
