As you finalize your schedule for the 2026 AOM Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, please include time to join us as a Career Services volunteer! This year's Career Fair activities take place in the Philadelphia Convention Center (1101 Arch Street, Room 103). As a bonus, AOM will provide breakfast/lunch for Career Service volunteers who can give at least two hours on days worked!
Volunteers are needed during the following days/times times (please feel free to volunteer for as many, or as few, hours as you like):
Friday, July 31 – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 1 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 2 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 3 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
You may sign up for your chosen volunteer time(s) using this sheet-- please include your full name, email address, and school affiliation in the day/time slots for which you would like to volunteer (so that we can send you necessary updates and communications). If you prefer, you may reply to this email with your volunteer days/times and we'd be happy to add you to the schedule. We have slots for both experienced and novice volunteers, so please remind us if you're a returning volunteer or first-timer.
