Getting to Full Professor: A PDW for Mid-Career HR Scholars
We are inviting applications for "Getting to Full Professor: A PDW for Mid-Career HR Scholars" at this year's Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. The session will be held on Saturday, July 26th from 10:30am to 12:30pm. This PDW will provide opportunities for HR Division members at Associate Professor (or equivalent) level to learn from senior scholars (who have "been there"), and each other (who are "going there") about taking the next steps in their career: to Full Professor.
The PDW will include a panel and round table discussions with our invited senior HR scholars:

We will discuss topics including expectations for mid-career scholars moving toward promotion, challenges and barriers to making the step, balancing research and service, and general advice from those who have both been there themselves and mentored more junior colleagues in this journey.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis to eligible applicants (i.e., HR division members whose next career step is to Full Professor). The PDW will only be offered in person, so please only apply if you will be joining us in Copenhagen.
