    Dear colleagues,
    We are very pleased to share the call for submissions for an upcoming international conference co-organized by the Montenegrin Academy of Management, the Slovenian Academy of Management, the Croatian Academy of Management, and the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Economics Podgorica, with the support of the Academy of Management (AOM).
    The attached call outlines the conference theme and tracks, key submission deadlines, and a distinguished group of already confirmed keynote and plenary speakers. Over the coming weeks, we will be announcing additional world-class speakers and provide additional details about the event and submissions.
    The call is currently being disseminated through the channels of the organizing associations and institutions. Personal sharing, however, remains one of the most effective ways to reach interested scholars. If you find the conference relevant, we warmly invite you to consider submitting your work, attending the conference, and sharing the call with colleagues, collaborators, and doctoral students who might be interested.
    We would be delighted to welcome you in Montenegro in June for what promises to be a stimulating academic event in a beautiful setting.
