    Dear colleagues,
We are delighted to announce the upcoming 8th International Conference on Management and Organization, co-organized by the Montenegrin Academy of Management (MAOM), the Slovenian Academy of Management (SAM), the Croatian Academy of Management (CroAM), and the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Economics Podgorica, with the support of the Academy of Management (AOM).
The conference will take place from June 3–6, 2026, at the Hotel Maestral in Pržno, Montenegro, under the theme "Sustainability by Design: Rethinking Strategy, People & Digital Futures."
The conference will bring together an international community of scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how sustainability can be intentionally embedded into organizational strategies, people practices, and digital transformations. The event will include AOM community sessions, doctoral and early-career activities, method and professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and social events on the Adriatic coast.
The first wave of confirmed keynote and plenary speakers includes Peter Bamberger, Arnold Bakker, Evangelia Demerouti, Chet Miller, Dana Minbaeva, Carin Isabel Knopp, Xavier Castañer, and several others to be announced soon.
Please find the Call for Papers attached. We warmly invite you to join us for what promises to be an inspiring, collaborative, and memorable event in Montenegro.
We look forward to seeing many of you in June 2026!
    - On behalf of the organizing team,
    Matej Černe
