The Department of Management in the Carlos Alvarez College of Business at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) seeks applicants for a department chair and tenured Professor beginning Fall 2023.
Successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide academic leadership, mentor faculty and students, conduct and publish high-quality scholarly research, teach undergraduate and graduate management courses, and work collegially with and be sensitive to the needs of faculty and students from a culturally diverse urban population and support the University's commitment to thrive as a Hispanic Serving Institution and a model for student success. Tenure is contingent upon Board of Regents approval.
